In this experiment, by simulating the paper making recycling system, the plastic coated paper cups and the water-based coated paper were shredded, beaten and filtered respectively, and then the pulp shapes after the two treatments were compared. From the results, the contrast is very clear:

1.The PE-coated paper still cannot peel off and handle the plastic sheet after the above treatment, and it is extremely difficult to recycle the pulp;

2.After the water-based coated paper is treated, the coating is completely separated from the pulp, and a clean white pulp can be obtained, which fully meets the requirements of the paper machine recycling pulp process and truly meets the requirements of repulpability.
